der Newsletter des Julis ist da.
Das SoSe ist fast vorbei, aber ein paar wichtige Sachen stehen noch an.
Im Folgenden gibt es wieder einige Informationen zum aktuellen Geschehen in der Universität.

(1) StuPa Wahl 04.07.
Wir wollen euch nochmal an die StuPa-Wahl am 04.07. errinern. Ihr könnt ihn Foyer des ESZ von 08:00 bis 18:00 wählen und im MoPs von 10:00 bis 16:00 wählen. Bitte nimmt einen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis, sowie euren Studiausweis mit.
Wir freuen uns über eine große Wahlbeteiligung!
(2) Sommerfest 04.07.
Das Institut für Physik und dessen Freundeskreis laden wieder zum Sommerfest ein, welches dieses Jahr am 20. Juli 2023 ab 15:30 Uhr stattfindet.
Der Eintritt ist kostenlos. Aufgrund der Verpflichtung, eine Teilnehmerliste zu führen, und um besser planen zu können, bitten wir, bis zum 1.7.2023 um vorherige Anmeldung jeder einzelnen Person, inkl. der Angabe, ob vegetarische oder nicht-vegetarische Kost bevorzugt wird, oder nur Geflügelfleisch, das nicht auf dem gleichen Grill, wie anderes Fleisch gegrillt wird. Wir benötigen wieder personelle Unterstützung für Aufbau, Abbau, Speisen nachfüllen, Getränke ausgeben und beim Grillen. Wir sind daher dankbar für jede Person, die sich mit einbringt und in die entsprechenden Felder unter dem obigen Link einträgt. Um Sie wegen der Koordination der Helfenden kontaktieren zu können, bitten wir in dem Fall auch um die Angabe der Email Adresse.
(3) Kolloquium 04.07.
Am Nachmittag um 15 Uhr gibt's im Gerthsen-Hörsaal (Raum 1'201, LMH Newtonstr. 15) einen Vortrag zum Thema Interaktive Vorlesung und Übung Chancen und Herausforderungen. Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr alle zahlreich erscheint. Es gibt im Foyer auch Kaffe und Kuchen.

The summer semester is almost over, but there are still a few important things.
In the following E-Mail there are some informations about the current events at the university.

(1) StuPa Election 04.07.
We want to remind you of the StuPa-Election on the 4th of July. You can vote in the foyer of the ESZ from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and in the MoPS from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please Please take your official photo ID and your university ID Card with you.
We're looking forward to a big turnout!
(2) Institute summer party 20.07.
The Institute of Physics and it's supporter's association invite you to the summer party, which will take place this year on July the 20th 2023 from 3:30 PM.
Admission is free. Due to the obligation to lead a list of participants and to be able to plan better, we ask you to register each individual in advance by July the 1st 2023. Including whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian food is preferred, or just poultry meat that is not grilled on the same grill as all other meat. To do this, we ask you to use the following link:

We again need personnel support for buildup, dismantling, making food, spending drinks and grilling. We are therefore grateful for anyone who contributes and fills out the corresponding fields under the link above. In this case, we also ask you to provide the email address.
(3) Institute colloquium 04.07.
In the afternoon at 15 PM, there is an Instute colloqium in the Gerthsen lecturing hall (Room 1'201, LMH Newtonstr. 15) on "interactive lecture and practice opportunities and challenges.". We would be happy to see your presence. There is also coffee and cake in the foyer.
